There are two convenient onboarding choices: self-onboarding through our website or scheduling an onboarding session with our team. Regardless of the option you choose, we’ll guide you through the process of uploading your patient email list and selecting the therapies and patient issues most relevant to your practice.

You can link your online calendar scheduling tool directly to MedWise to help track the traffic we generate for your clinic. Our onboarding specialist can help you with this step, or you can do it directly within the profile section of your MedWise account.

Each MedWise account is tailored to a specific patient list. If all practitioners within a single clinic share the same patient list, one account is perfect! If you have separate patient lists for each practitioner that need to remain distinct, multiple accounts will be required.

You always have full control over the emails that go to your patients. For every scheduled email, you will receive a preview 3 days before its release. If you don’t think that email is quite right for your patients, we will remove it from the queue permanently and work with you to further curate your preferred topic list.

At MedWise, we tailor every account’s email strategy for a unique patient list. If your clinics have their own separate patient email lists, you will set up a new account to target each clinic’s specific list. You could also create a single account for your overall brand, sending emails to every patient across all locations. (Unless each location requires specific marketing, we recommend the latter for the best value.)

If you don’t generate more revenue in the first 12 months of working with us, we will pay your $495 marketing system subscription fee on your behalf until we do. We are committed to your success and will work alongside you as partners to help you grow your practice.
